Engineering Project Manager

Overview

Must be in Ohio, preferably near central Ohio. We are 100% remote right now, with going to a centralized building in 2026 sometime – with hybrid schedule.

• Need a midlevel manager who knows AutoCAD/Civil 3D, stormwater design including Hydro
  
  CAD, and knows how to manage civil engineering projects
• Seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager with 5-12 years of project management expertise in Civil Engineering who is ready to lead innovative engineering projects, drive market initiatives, and catalyze business growth.
• In this role, you will oversee multifaceted engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring that our technical solutions meet both industry standards and strategic business objectives.
• This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong record in project management, a knack for developing effective market strategies, and the ability to translate technical insights into tangible business results.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, and operations—to streamline processes, optimize project workflows, and nurture client relationships.

• Must have PE license or get their license in a year. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
