We’re partnering with a global leader in critical infrastructure to hire a Product Engineer focused on power switching & distribution systems (PDU, STS, RPP, transformers).
This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer or Field Service Engineer who wants true end-to-end ownership — from design through to field performance, customer interaction, and continuous improvement.
The role:- Own design and lifecycle of AC power products
- Lead RCA and issue resolution across field + manufacturing environments
- Drive design changes to improve reliability, cost, and manufacturability
- Act as the bridge between engineering, manufacturing, service and customers
- Support customer interactions
, technical queries, and testing - Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Get hands‑on with testing up to 600
VAC / 1MW systems
- Background as an Electrical Engineer or Field Service Engineer
- 3–8 years’ experience in power systems / power electronics
- Experience across product lifecycle, issue resolution, and RCA
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills
- Comfortable in both technical and customer‑facing environments
- Experience with data centre power, UPS, switch gear, PDU or STS
- Knowledge of NEC / electrical standards
- CAD experience (2D)
- Exposure to embedded systems / controls
- True end‑to‑end engineering ownership + customer exposure
- Work on mission‑critical power infrastructure
