Procurement Equipment Advisor - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‐dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Procurement Equipment Advisor to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.

• Own post‑award execution of major process and utility equipment purchase orders.
• Actively expedite equipment suppliers, holding them accountable to fabrication schedules, inspection points, FAT readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain direct, routine communication with vendors to identify and mitigate delivery risk early.
• Track supplier progress against contractual milestones, manufacturing schedules, and project needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience buying and executing pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment on CAPEX projects.
• Proven track record managing long‑lead equipment suppliers through fabrication, FAT, shipment, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of GMP equipment manufacturing, inspection, and release processes.
