Job Overview- Formulate and review the preventive maintenance plan for workshop equipment, propose maintenance improvement work plans, and enhance equipment stability.
- Diagnose, recover, and improve challenging issues related to workshop equipment, wire bodies, fixtures, and other equipment, sharing best practices within the team.
- Diagnose, recover, and improve auxiliary equipment, primary equipment, and stand-alone equipment in the workshop.
- Manage the purchase and spare parts inventory of mechanical standard parts, wearing parts, and non-standard spare parts in the workshop, reducing costs and improving utilization.
- Develop and review equipment skills upgrading plans, training courses, and conduct training for technicians and engineers.
- Conduct safety inspections of workshop equipment, diagnose, recover, and improve difficult safety issues, formulate safety improvement plans, and lead safety initiatives.
- Debug and verify equipment during exchange processes, complete tasks, propose and summarize improvement suggestions, and implement efficiency measures.
- Lead workshop engineers in fault management, cutting management, spare parts management, personnel training, safety management, and maintenance management, ensuring compliance with equipment management requirements.
- Oversee daily repair and maintenance tasks carried out by workshop engineers and technicians.
- Handle daily equipment problem reporting and process management in the workshop.
- Analyze and summarize weekly equipment data, generating special and common problem improvement plans.
- Facilitate on-site communication and coordination among various workshop departments.
- Foster team building and employee care activities to enhance employee passion and satisfaction.
- Ensure the implementation of full maintenance and complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, major in automation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical manufacturing is preferred.
- 6-8 years working experience in equipment maintenance in large manufacturing industry;
- Possess professional knowledge in motor drives, pneumatics, hydraulic transmission, material applications, machining, and mechanical structures.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical layout drawings and 2D/3D assembly drawings.
- Basic drawing skills, capable of creating standard institutional drawings.
- Familiarity with mechanical automation applications, including the application and maintenance of robot fixtures, welding fixtures, assembly fixtures, rollers, and cutters.
- Knowledgeable in logistics automation applications, such as the use and maintenance of roller lines, double-speed chains, magnetic levitation logistics lines, AGVs, and RGVs.
- Understanding of non-metallic fluids, electrochemistry, metal welding, non-metal welding, and related technological knowledge.
- Familiar with the performance and selection methods of commonly used mechanical materials, reducers, motors, and standard transmission products.
- Proficient in performing mechanism load calculations, standard part life calculations, and mechanism stress analysis.
- Capable of developing equipment maintenance work plans for both preceding and subsequent processes.
- Able to lead teams in completing equipment maintenance work.
- Skilled in improving the cycle time, quality rate, and stability of equipment.
- Mastery of equipment principles.
- Clear logical thinking, strong initiative, excellent cross-departmental communication and cooperation skills, extensive project management knowledge, and solid management abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
- Able to work in two shifts

- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
