As a Commissioning Agent, you’ll support the testing, validation, and performance of critical systems to ensure they operate as designed. Depending on your experience level, you’ll:

• Execute and support commissioning of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Review construction documents and validate system performance
• Develop and contribute to commissioning reports and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Work in environments where uptime and reliability are critical

You don’t need to check every box—we care about your foundation, your problem‑solving ability, and your willingness to learn. Coming in with technical training and/or direct experience in the installation and/or maintenance of electrical or mechanical infrastructure systems is a big plus.

While the majority of our projects are located in Central Ohio, occasional travel to more distant project sites may be required. Approximately 80% of this role is performed on client sites.
