Engineer, Product International

We are seeking a critical leader to join our team as an Engineer, Product International in Fort Recovery, OH. This hands-on, practical, and entrepreneurial professional will direct and actively participate in the launch of international products. The ideal candidate will confidently represent Ft. Recovery Industries externally and lead new product launches from concept through customer submission.

• Lead and coordinate the launch of international products, ensuring timely and successful market introduction.
• Prepare and submit first article documentation to customers, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Recommend and implement product improvements based on feedback and performance data.
• Assist in coordinating all design changes related to international products, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a confident and professional representative of Ft. Recovery Industries in external communications and meetings.

• Associate or bachelor degree in Manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology , or engineering program
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct and participate in product launches.
• Hands-on and practical approach to engineering challenges.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in representing the company externally.
• Strong organizational skills to manage design changes and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and internal collaboration.
• Project leadership experience preferred
• Must be willing to travel to Southeast Asia or other international sites as required.
