• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable.
• Support production through hands‑on problem‑solving and root cause analysis.
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales.
• Lead engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong NPI and production ramp‑up experience.
• Expertise in root cause problem‑solving.
• Experience with DFMA, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change processes.
