Job OverviewCoordinate and complete the following functions across sections:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electrochemistry, materials, mechanical automation, etc.
- 6-8 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- 4 or more years of experience in battery equipment design or battery back-end process improvement is preferred
- Master the basic principles of product and process design
- Familiar with the basic knowledge of electrochemistry
- Master the basic operation of Microsoft Office software, Minitab, JMP and other data analysis software
- Master engineering methods such as 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D
- Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination ability and management ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
