Job Overview

1. Implement maintenance work for production equipment to ensure its reliability and the high-quality completion of work tasks.

2. Develop new work frameworks and methods, innovate processes and business standards, and enhance professionalism, efficiency, and business capabilities.

3. Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.

4. Establish organizational capabilities with long-term competitive advantages through excellent operations and quality control.

5. Identify future-oriented professional skill requirements, build a resource platform for cross-departmental and cross-company cooperation, and support business development.

6. Integrate professional learning resources, create a knowledge-sharing platform, and systematically accumulate, share, and generate knowledge.

7. Manage work across multiple bases.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in electronic information, electrical instrument, automation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, measurement and control, mechatronics, mechanical manufacturing, etc.

9-15 years working experience in equipment maintenance, at least 5 years experience in equipment maintenance management, experience in lithium battery equipment is preferred.

Understand industry trends and developments, staying up-to-date with the latest professional knowledge, theories, and methods.

Monitor industry developments, predict changes in the competitive environment, and provide countermeasures and strategic responses.

Be familiar with the business development plan and professional technical roadmap for equipment maintenance.

Create a positive and efficient team atmosphere within the department, inspiring team morale and motivation.

Ensure subordinates felt valued in their work and are empowered to develop their talents and potential.

Be able to build up the organizational capability based on business development.

Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.

Have excellent expression, communication and leadership skills, and be able to work under pressure.

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements

Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
