MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical Construction

A nationally recognised general contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join a large-scale mission critical project currently underway in the Ohio market.
This is a technically complex, multi-phase data centre programme involving high-availability infrastructure, fast-track delivery schedules, and significant long-term expansion plans.
The project includes:
- Multiple data hall phases
- Redundant critical systems
- Large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Complex site and coordination challenges
- Aggressive commissioning and turnover milestones
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading MEP field operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes while working alongside an experienced project leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating subcontractors and trade sequencing
- Driving installation quality and programme delivery
- Supporting commissioning and integrated systems testing
- Resolving field coordination and constructability issues
- Maintaining high standards across safety and QA/QC
- Collaborating with project management, BIM, and design teams
- Strong MEP construction background
- Mission critical or data centre project experience
- Understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC, UPS/generation, and commissioning processes
- Experience on fast-paced or phased construction projects
- Strong field leadership and coordination skills
