Primavera P6 Construction Scheduler
Reports To: Scheduling Manager
Location: Ohio – in office | Remote
Salary Range: $76,000–114,000 (starting pay varies)
Role OverviewWe are seeking a results‑driven Scheduler to join our Energy Group. The Scheduler will develop and manage Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedules for utility‑scale solar PV, battery energy storage system (BESS) and HV/MV substation/transmission projects using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. The focus is on substation/BESS scope.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed, resource‑loaded critical‑path methodology (CPM) schedules.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, field supervision, project management, scheduling team and corporate resources to produce accurate schedules.
- Report schedule performance analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and impacted or potential impacts to stakeholders.
- Ensure schedules meet existing standards and are updated as project conditions change.
- Assist in schedule risk analysis and provide recommendations.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in construction management and scheduling of large‑scale complex projects.
- Proficient in Primavera
P6, Microsoft Excel and preferably Microsoft Project. - Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
- Authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
