Senior Project Manager (Utility) – US, Ohio – 12 Month Contract
We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering.
What you’ll do:- Act as the owner’s representative responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, integration, and performance of utility equipment and systems on a large‑scale pharmaceutical capital project.
- Provide technical and execution leadership for utility equipment scopes and interfaces closely with EPCM partners, contractors, vendors, operations, quality, commissioning, and other project engineering teams.
- Ensure EPCM and contractors execute in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Challenge EPCM recommendations related to contracting strategy, execution approach, and technical decisions to protect Owner’s interests.
- Knowledge of utility systems (e.g., WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, process utilities)
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and packages
- Knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with construction execution and commissioning practices
