Project Scheduler - US, Ohio - Contract
Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Scheduler to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll do:- Development of the automation project(s) schedule
- Maintain and manage the automation project(s) schedule
- Integrate vendor and system integrator schedules into automation schedule
- Support continuous integration of automation schedule into the overall project schedule
- Regularly review critical path, schedule content, variances, use of relationships and lags, constraints, and milestones
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling software
- Extensive experience in providing project management support in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in supporting automation projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of logic-driven scheduling and critical path methodology
- Proficiency with Excel (as a tool for tracking, analyzing, and visualizing schedule KPIs)
