Data Center Technical Operations Engineer

Job Title: Data Center Technical Operations Engineer I
Location: Plain City, OH
Pay Range: Maximum $32.38 per hour

• Manage on‑site shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub‑contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to established practices and procedures.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT managers and other leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems such as switch gear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, etc.
• Assist in the design and build out of new facilities and projects aimed at increasing current facility efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree with relevant experience.
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience.
• 0‑2 years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
