** What You'll Do:
*** Oversee daily tasks such as outage approvals, next day studies, weekly analysis
* Be engaged in RTO activities to increase awareness of industry changes/impacts.
* Ensure coverage over critical outage periods and balance work schedules for on-call schedule.
* Lead team in Restoration Developments and Emergency Operating Plans and operating guides.
* Oversee daily tasks such as outage approvals, outage planning discussions, operational settings
* Be engaged in Transmission Planning projects and the outage planning processes
* Conduct system performance appraisal and ad hoc studies to better gain awareness of the changing Transmission system.
* Ensure coverage over critical outage periods and balance work schedules.

*** Coordinates the development of input necessary to forecast costs for the routine projects, improvements requisitions, etc.

*** Resolves and initiates solutions to routine problems which usually require additional definition/clarification before analysis can begin.
