A Packsize Field Service Engineer installs, configures, and maintains Packsize equipment solutions onsite at multiple customer facilities. The role requires creative problem solving, mechanical troubleshooting, and strong customer relationships.

• Schedule tasks at customer job sites.
• Trouble‑shoot issues quickly and effectively using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers to use and maintain them.
• Communicate technical information and ideas with Packsize and customer personnel.
• Adhere to all safety requirements for exposed moving parts and electricity.
• Maintain accurate clerical records, email correspondence, expense reports, and detailed technical reports.

• Customer‑service focus.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Skillful use of hand tools and mechanical platforms.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
• Associates Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

• All work performed remotely at customer facilities.
• Available on‑call overnight; frequent overnight travel required.
• Domestic travel by vehicle or airplane.

• Frequently move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Remain stationary 50% of the time; perform tasks inside and outside of equipment, warehouse, and office space.
• Use hand and power tools, computers, and other office equipment; occasionally ascend/descend ladders.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record; ability to travel by vehicle or airplane.

The base salary is $65,000‑$70,000 USD.
