Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote
- Must be able to report to local office.

• Lead the design and integration of battery thermal protection components.
• Apply advanced engineering tools and methodologies to ensure robust and reliable product development.
• Drive program execution by managing milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conduct technical design reviews and oversee drawing validation activities.
• Develop and review DFMEAs and DRBFMs for all components and design modifications.
• Validate designs through simulation, testing, and analysis to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to achieve design, quality, cost, and timing targets.
• Support cross-functional teams in system-level development and integration.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and address quality concerns.
• Facilitate program management activities, including team coordination and milestone tracking.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering colleagues.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Design Release Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Product Development Intern, or related occupation.
• Two (2) years of experience in Project management skills to meet customer deliverables and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in computer-based tools for data analysis and presentation creation.
• Experience in technical writing, including the development of detailed engineering evaluation reports.
• Ability to read, interpret, and generate engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) tools.
• Ability to analyze engineering data and translate insights into presentations.
