As a Focused Improvement Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our manufacturing operation achieve World‑Class performance—where safety incidents, defects, waste, and losses are driven toward zero.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead initiatives that improve how we work every day by identifying opportunities, analyzing data, and implementing sustainable solutions across key areas including:

You’ll leverage advanced continuous improvement methodologies, data analytics, and problem‑solving tools to uncover root causes and eliminate losses that impact performance. Working cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams, you'll help transform business challenges into measurable results.

A key component of this role is using our Managing Manufacturing Performance (MMP) system and Cost Deployment methodology to identify and prioritize the most significant opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly influence plant efficiency, product quality, employee engagement, and business profitability.
