- Strong hands-on experience with FANUC industrial robots
. - FANUC robot programming using Teach Pendant
. - Experience with FANUC R-30iA / R-30iB / R-30iB Plus controllers.
- Experience with TP programming and robot troubleshooting.
- FANUC mastering, calibration, frames, tools, payloads, and I/O configuration.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLCs
. - Knowledge of PLC-to-robot communication and I/O integration.
- Experience with robotic cell commissioning and startup.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotic and automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of machine safety circuits, interlocks, and robot safety systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and controls documentation.
