Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for the role of Spanish Speaking Gaming Experience Specialist! If you have a passion for gaming and a commitment to customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this engaging position, you will support our Spanish‑speaking clients in navigating our gaming platforms, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and exciting experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance, and enhance the overall gaming experience for users. Your understanding of gaming dynamics combined with exceptional communication skills will be key in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Spanish‑speaking clients with inquiries related to gaming platforms via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gameplay, account management, and technical aspects.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve our gaming services.
  • Engage with clients to educate them about features and updates in our gaming offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated about gaming trends and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms and genres.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting customers.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
