Pro Mach is excited to welcome a Financial Analyst to our Corporate Finance and Accounting team, reporting to our Finance Manager. In this role, you’ll work with a variety of global team members across Finance, IT, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Accounting, and division Controlling. As a member of our team, you’ll serve as the System Administrator for Pro Mach’s financial reporting tools, support and prepare internal and external financial reporting and ongoing financial analyses, as well as help divisions enhance their reporting and forecasting abilities.

- Prepare financial packages for external stakeholders, including owners, lenders, ratings agencies, board of directors, and regulatory bodies.
- Deliver monthly management reports and performance analyses for executive leadership (CEO, CFO, senior management) to support strategic decisions.
- Provide insights into business drivers and company performance through clear, data-driven reporting.
- Analyze large, complex datasets—customer orders, shipments, purchase history—to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Administer and optimize Planful (EPM), managing user access, data integrity, budgeting, forecasting, and process documentation.
- Design and maintain accurate, timely financial reports in Planful to meet organizational needs.
- Lead end-user training and adoption initiatives, empowering teams to leverage Planful effectively.
- Continuously enhance Planful functionality to improve reporting speed, forecasting accuracy, and analytical depth.
- Own key aspects of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including data validation, system maintenance, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Collaborate across divisions and leadership levels, ensuring clear and effective communication on financial and operational topics.
- Develop and distribute interactive dashboards and reports using Databricks and Tableau, enabling Controllers, General Managers, and corporate stakeholders to access real-time insights.

- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong interest in technology, systems, data, and analytics with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Hands-on experience with an EPM/CPM tool (Planful preferred)
- Exposure to data visualization platforms (Tableau or similar) and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills, navigating unfamiliar areas with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and large audiences.
- Self-driven and proactive in identifying organizational needs and implementing improvements.
