We are looking for driven professionals who combine an interest in technology with a solid financial background and are eager to grow through new challenges. As a member of the Systemic team, you will work alongside highly skilled colleagues to deliver sophisticated solutions to fund managers, wealth managers, and insurance organizations, supporting both their regulatory compliance and business goals. Background in the insurance sector, particularly in Solvency II reporting, will be considered a significant advantage.

• Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for the Risk Value
  ™ Investment Management & Regulatory suite across key client accounts
• Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into effective system-based solutions
• For insurance clients: handle the preparation, validation, and support of Solvency II reporting (QRTs, SFCR, RSR, ORSA-related deliverables)
• Advise clients on best practices while fully leveraging Risk Value’s advanced capabilities
• Participate in the design and continuous improvement of new features and system modules
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and ensure smooth daily operations for our clients

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Financial Mathematics/Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial systems, regulatory reporting, investment management, or consulting, with insurance and Solvency II exposure considered a strong plus
• Solid understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to analyze complex platforms and convert regulatory or business needs into functional system requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a high level of accountability
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with UCITS, AIFMD, Solvency II, MiFID, or Basel frameworks (nice to have)
• SQL knowledge (bonus)
• CFA qualification (strong plus)
