Actuarial Director

Location:

Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Role requires in-office 3 days per week; hybrid/virtual policy applies.

Anticipated End Date:

Responsibilities
  • Prepares and interprets data and related formulae.
  • Monitors trend of profit and profitability by line of business and/or product. Serves on major, multi-function projects as Actuarial representative.
  • Organizes and directs the staffing and work flow of the section.
  • Support Carleon Rx on ASO trend guarantees and related activities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 6 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • FSA required from the Society of Actuaries (SOA).
Preferred Skills
  • Previous Pharmacy related experience in trend analytics is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $152,680 to $229,020. Benefits include comprehensive package, incentive & recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401k contribution, etc.
