The Role The Expertise and Skills You Bring
* At least 2 years of experience in implementation or 401(k) operations combined with a solid understanding of the retirement market and client service.
* Strong organizational and operational skills.
* Proven problem-solving and client management abilities.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with Fidelity proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC, and PSW.
* Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills.
* Clarifying data requirements and coordinating system configurations.
* Establishing electronic data communication requirements.
* Detailing payroll specifications and coordinating payroll testing.
* Resolving exceptions and coordinating conversion timelines.
