Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Ohio. • Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
• Analyze business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and trends to develop projections for future revenue and expenses.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support organizational goals and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation to ensure compliance.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to management and stakeholders to inform business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related financial position.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quick Books or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance.
