As Finance Manager, you will oversee financing, insurance, and automotive finance programs for Exotic Pre-Owned car buyers. You will work with lenders to provide competitive interest rates in accordance with Automotive Finance Program Guides, while upholding high ethical standards.
Responsibilities- Present finance and insurance options with a menu presentation at sale.
- Follow all regulations and work with Sales Managers to maximize profit per vehicle.
- Ensure F&I compliance with all rules and regulations.
- Complete all finance and title paperwork with customers.
- Use eContracting with all lenders.
- Get lender approvals the same day contracts are signed.
- Ensure deals are funded within 3-5 business days.
- Send all files to corporate within 3 business days.
- Promptly correct any finance or title paperwork.
- Assist at the desk and support management as needed.
- Process all payments and prepare daily deposits.
- Follow up on customer questions or concerns.
- Review chargebacks for accuracy.
- Train sales staff on new finance programs and procedures.
- Maintain required finance forms and materials.
- Help Service Advisors address warranty and service contract questions.
- Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues, vendors, and lenders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and good time-management skills.
- Minimum two years’ experience in Automotive Finance required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Drug-free workplace.
