We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Lexington, Kentucky. The role involves developing, preparing, and coordinating financial reports and analysis to support business objectives. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to utilize your strong analytical and communication skills to meet business goals.

• Develop and prepare financial reports to support business objectives.
• Coordinate the financial reporting and analysis required for business units.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to evaluate profit and cost efficiencies.
• Deliver analyses and reports to departments and end-users upon request.
• Automate existing and future reports to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Use data mining techniques to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Use Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and data analysis.
• Conduct scenario analysis to project range of outcomes and understand key drivers.
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis to support business leaders.
• Monitor and understand goals and corresponding metrics of business units.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of budget processes
• Experience in annual budget preparation and forecasting
• Proficiency in ad hoc financial analysis
• Familiarity with data mining techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry
