Responsibilities
- Review and approve unit trackers monthly for work performed. Send unit tracker to client per contract for approval and answer client questions on unit tracker in partnership with operational teams.
- Interact regularly with clinical project managers on actual work performed against contracted scope of work.
- Identify out of scope activities and assess profitability potential
- Collaborate with Project team to strategize best way to prepare and present data to client
- Prepare presentation of data for management and client
- Prepare reporting on cumulative project overages
- Participate in client accrual spreadsheet preparation process
- Provide financial expertise and assistance on projects ranging in size, revenue, and complexity
- Upload budgets into Financial Force system
- Participate in hourly percent complete reviews
- Participate in negotiations with clients on Out of Scope work or Reconciliations
- Ability to work with all levels of staff, across multiple departments, and with clients
- Analytical skills to assess project status
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidential information
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft office applications
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other business major
- At least 2 years of relevant PFA experience
