Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing plant financial performance, consolidating and analyzing financial results, supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, and providing actionable insights to drive operational and financial improvements. The position works closely with both local operations and senior finance leadership.

Location:
North-Central Ohio
Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 + 15% Bonus
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the plant.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against budget and forecasts.
- Provide financial guidance and decision support to operations and leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting processes, including standard costing and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to profitability, productivity, and cost control.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to achieve business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable financial reporting requirements.
- Identify financial risks and communicate recommendations to management.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, procurement, and supply chain concepts.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
