Description
Provides clerical assistance to the loan operations department.
Requirements
- Scan, index and review documents in the imaging system.
- Review, change, add and maintain documents in the imaging system.
- Track all new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system.
- Maintain and track loan collateral.
- Reviews and processes loan advances.
- Reviews, processes, and tracks insurance cancellations.
- Process paid off loans, as needed.
- Balance internal accounts, as needed.
- Process loan and credit card payments, as needed.
- Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed.
- Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed.
