Responsibilities
The Supervisor, Interventional Radiology is responsible for planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating and managing the daily operations in the department to ensure quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include staff productivity, assisting the manager with the development, interpretation and implementation of budgets and long-range plans for efficient operations and technology. This position will be accountable for the accomplishment of results and the achievement of objectives, consistent with the hospital mission, values and operational and strategic plans and will work closely with the Invasive Cardiology Director, Manager, Medical Director and physicians that provide services within the department.
QualificationsRequired:
- With a Bachelor Degree three years of experience in Interventional Radiology
- With an Associate Degree five years of experience in Interventional Radiology
- Associate Degree
- Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) AND State Radiology Technologist License (RO). Must have one of:
Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI-ARRT), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV-ARRT), or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI-ARRT)
Desired:
- One year previous leadership experience. Registered VI Specialist: RT-R Lead Tech experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI-ARRT)
