Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 2nd Shift

Location: Cuyahoga County, Ohio

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on case complexity)

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Available

Helpful Hearted Providers Inc. is dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our team provides person-centered care in residential and community settings throughout Cuyahoga County.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, community integration, and personal goals while ensuring health and safety at all times.

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation

• Support medication administration (as trained and certified)

• Provide supervision and ensure a safe, structured environment

• Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs)

• Document services and daily activities accurately and timely

• Assist with transportation and community outings as needed

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid Ohio driver’s license (preferred)

• Ability to pass background check and required screenings

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

• Experience in developmental disabilities or healthcare preferred (but not required – training provided)

• $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on complexity of assigned case)

• Weekly pay (every Thursday)
