Locum Staff Nurse #HRY

Working Hours:

34 hrs part time per week

• Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client;
• Provide training and supervision to care staff;
• Co‑ordinate with other team members and update them on the changes in the client's condition and needs;
• Prepare clinical documentation, monitor outcomes of services, and perform escalation of cases if there is a need for more acute management of clients;
• Provide ongoing support and education to the caregiver, client, and family;
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, including coverage of other Staff Nurse in other Senior Care facilities if necessary.

• Valid SNB and BCLS
• Min 5 year exp in Geriatric / Ortho / Neuro / Gen Ward exp / acute exp / nursing home / Snr Care centre exp
• Comfortable to float between 3 centres (Dover, Henderson, Queenstown)
