Vivify Counseling and Wellness | Covington, KY (Mainstrasse) + Florence Option

Vivify Counseling and Wellness is seeking an independently licensed therapist with experience treating trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and/or substance use.

We serve motivated, self-referred adults who are actively seeking meaningful therapeutic work. As a primarily private-pay practice, our referral stream consists of clients who are invested in the process and ready to engage.

EMDR or other trauma-focused treatment training is highly desired, and we receive consistent inquiries for this type of treatment.

This is a W-2 position offering clinical autonomy within a collaborative and well-supported team.

$55–$58 per clinical session (W-2 position)

Clinicians seeing 25 sessions weekly earn approximately $72,500 annually
, with earnings increasing as caseload grows.

Licensed Supervisors and/or Ph.D.

-level clinicians may be eligible for additional compensation.

• Primarily in-person in Covington (limited telehealth)
• Minimum of 18 client sessions per week
• Full-time caseload (25+ sessions weekly) preferred; part-time applicants will be considered
• We are especially interested in clinicians open to building toward a full-time caseload over time
• Freedom to practice with evidence-based modalities aligned with your training
• Establish and maintain strong, ethical therapeutic relationships
• Collaborate and consult as needed to support client goals
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related field
• Fully and independently licensed in Kentucky (LPCC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, Psychologist)
• Dependent licenses may be considered if supervision is secured externally
• Experience working with adult clients preferred
• EMDR or trauma-focused training strongly preferred
