Job Summary: Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem‑solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on a variable shift schedule.

Desired Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare support role.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
