Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH is seeking its next employee‑owner team member. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence September 1, 2026.

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans along with supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation.
