We are looking for reliable and caring Home Health Aides to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional care to individuals in need.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
• Monitor and record clients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications as directed by a healthcare professional
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (if required by state)
• Previous experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
