Certified Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy

We are looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy! The position offers a unique blend of on-the-road independence and in-pharmacy teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for kiosk management, pharmacy operations, and inventory replenishment across remote kiosk locations while preparing orders for customer shipments in the physical pharmacy.

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to remote Pharmacy Kiosk locations using a company provided vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication, paper, clean machines, and collect discarded inventory for return.
• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Work daily with leadership to ensure the right medications are put in the right orders.
• Run automated machinery required to pre-sort and package medications.
• Fill exception trays with appropriate medication.
• Transition Amazon Pharmacy orders through workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control.
• Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items.
• Pack and ship completed orders, including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser and shipping boxes.
• Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time.
• Aid the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing.
• Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas within the pharmacy.
• Package medications for dispensing and for delivery.
• Work a flexible schedule; shifts may start and end outside normal business hours.

• During peak/high demand, shifts last up to 12 hours (standard full-time shifts are 8‑10 hours, excluding overtime).
• Driving and transporting medications from Pharmacy locations to Kiosks for long periods (8+ hours).
• Standing, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching or stretching.
• Lifting and moving products up to 49 lbs.
• Manual dexterity of hands and wrists.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience with computer and web‑based tools.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand English language labeling on product cartons and prescription labels.
• Active and unrestricted in‑state driver’s license.
• Clean driving record that passes Amazon’s Motor Vehicle Record checks (rechecked annually). Driving privileges are revoked if a ticket is reported for evading responsibility, being at fault in a fatal accident, two or more motor vehicle accidents in the last three years, an accident resulting in more than $5,000 damages, driving under influence or impaired by alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, recurrent speeding violations, recurrent driving suspensions, or three or more violations in the last three years.

• Experience working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
