Workspace

This position is based in our outpatient clinic located in Uniontown, Ohio. Clinicians work within a collaborative therapy environment alongside other therapy providers. The clinic includes dedicated treatment rooms and therapy gym spaces designed to support a variety of therapeutic activities.

Our schedule offers flexibility within clinic hours of 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing clinicians to maintain a consistent work schedule while supporting the needs of the families we serve.

About the Role

Innovative Therapy Center employees Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists with interest or experience in pediatric feeding therapy to join our collaborative outpatient therapy team.

Help Children Build Safe, Successful Feeding Skills

Work alongside multiple providers in a supportive outpatient setting where clinicians are encouraged to grow their expertise and make meaningful progress with families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
  • Provide speech and language therapy services as appropriate
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other providers
  • Educate families on strategies to support feeding and communication at home
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship candidates with strong feeding interest may be considered
  • Interest or experience in pediatric feeding therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care
