Your Role in Our Patient’s Journey:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, crafting customized treatment plans that focus on patient empowerment and independence.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy, fostering improvement in function and mobility while mitigating pain.
• Champion our patients' goals, encouraging active lifestyles as a cornerstone of health and happiness.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring a harmonious, interdisciplinary approach to holistic healing.
• Lead and nurture our PT assistants and support staff, shaping a compassionate and skilled therapy team.
• Uphold AKPT's high standards for care documentation, patient billing, and regulatory compliance.

We Need You to Bring:

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Interpersonal finesse and communication skills to connect and inspire.
• Leadership acumen that encourages growth and fosters trust.
• A heartfelt pledge to deliver high-quality, empathetic care.

Experience in outpatient orthopedics is cherished, though not mandatory for a kindred spirit driven to learn and excel.
