Job Details:

• Work Hours:
  
  Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• Contract Type: W2 employment

• Position Type:
  School-based, working directly with students

Responsibilities:

• Individualized Therapy Plans:
  Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet each students unique needs.

• Assessments and Evaluations:
  Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students' needs and track their progress.

• Direct Therapy Services:
  Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help students improve their daily living skills.

• Collaborative Approach:
  Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create and support each students educational and therapeutic goals.

• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outes to ensure pliance and effective treatment.

Requirements:

• U.S. Work Authorization:
  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• OH State Licensure:
  Valid Occupational Therapy license in Ohio.

• Educational Background:
  Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred, but we wele passionate newers eager to make an impact.

• Skills:
  
  Excellent munication and organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
