Professional Case Management is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support Clinical Research, Analytics & Strategic Planning within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess nutritional needs, design evidence-based care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for individuals with complex medical conditions, including former energy workers. You will translate clinical data into actionable nutrition strategies, educate clients and families in the home setting, and contribute to care protocols.

- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients with complex medical conditions
- Develop and monitor individualized, evidence-based nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to integrate nutrition into overall treatment plans
- Interpret clinical and lab data to adjust nutritional interventions
- Provide in-home nutrition counseling and education to clients and families
- Document care in electronic health records following regulatory and company standards
- Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, and analytics initiatives
- Contribute to development and refinement of nutrition-related care protocols
- Support strategic planning efforts through data-informed recommendations
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain best practices
- Medical nutrition therapy (MNT)
- Clinical assessment and care planning
