Job Description & How to Apply Below
Help people move, live, and feel better—on their turf.
We’re looking for Physical Therapists who want to break out of the clinic and into real-life settings where your skills change lives. As an in-home PT, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, recover stronger, and get back to doing the things they love.
Whether you’re a new grad or a seasoned pro, this role is all about connection, flexibility, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Travel to client homes and provide personalized physical therapy sessions
- Assess movement, strength, and mobility challenges—and build plans that work for real life
- Teach exercises, functional techniques, and modifications to reduce pain and improve daily living
- Motivate and guide clients through recovery at their pace
- Communicate with families and other healthcare team members to keep progress moving
- You’re a licensed Physical Therapist (or graduating soon!)
- You’re all about function, not just fixing symptoms
- You enjoy one-on-one work and want to build real relationships
- You’re flexible, independent, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- You’ve got a valid driver’s license and don’t mind a little windshield time
- Autonomy + support:
You’re in charge of your day, with backup when you need it - Work-life balance:
You set your own hours (no late nights, no double-booking) - Meaningful progress:
Watch clients improve in their own homes where it counts - Career development:
Mentorship, CEU support, and chances to grow your niche (neuro, ortho, geriatrics—you name it) - Team vibes:
You’re part of a group that’s kind, collaborative, and genuinely in it to help people
Real results. Real people. Real impact.
If you want more than a treadmill clinic job, this is your chance to work at human speed. Bring movement back into people’s lives—right where they live it.
What We’re Looking For:- A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in physical therapy, especially in a home health setting, is a plus but not required.
- Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor that connects with patients and their families.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A desire to learn and grow in your role, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- 401K Retirement Plan
- Ability to earn PTO
- Medical Benefits Available for all 30+ hourly employees
- Excellent Pay
- Flexible Schedule!
- Employee Appreciation program
- Rewarding Work Environment
- Paid General Orientation
