FOX Rehabilitation in Louisville, KY is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes or senior living communities. You will evaluate, create plans of care, and provide evidence-based therapy that promotes mobility and independence while leveraging flexible scheduling and the option for telehealth when appropriate.
Licensed OT in KY or eligible, plus a degree from an accredited OT program and CPR/EMR proficiency are required.
