In this Certified Patient Care Assistant on our Medical Unit, you can expect to join a tight-knit team that works tirelessly to support our fast-paced Nursing teams. Our Medical Unit is a great place for experienced CNAs to expand your Patient Care experience or new CNA'S to gain a strong foundation. Our Medical Unit has 64 beds across two floors. You will see a variety of medical diagnosis with our patients outside of any specialty areas/diagnosis.

BLS Certification is required for this position. Banner Wyoming Medical Center is located in the heart of Casper Wyoming. As the state's largest inpatient facility, Wyoming Medical Center is known and highly regarded for its cardiac and stroke services. With 249 beds and a level 2 trauma center, Wyoming Medical Center is proud to serve the entire state of Wyoming.
POSITION SUMMARYThis position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
