What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality therapeutic care to inpatients with a variety of physical therapy needs
Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and manage ongoing care
Collaborate with a team to enhance the patient experience and engage individuals in their rehabilitation journeys.

Licensed Physical Therapist - Cherrelyn Healthcare Center | Littleton, CO
Part-Time & Full-Time | $45-$52/hr DOE
What You're Walking Into
Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Littleton, CO, part of Stellar Senior Living - one of the West's most recognized senior living operators. We're not a revolving door facility. Our therapy team works with residents through real recovery milestones: post-surgical rehab, stroke recovery, fall prevention, and return-to-home planning.
This isn't a high-pressure hospital caseload. You'll have time to do the work right.
The Role
You'll carry a structured caseload of skilled nursing residents, developing and executing individualized PT plans that directly impact mobility, functional independence, and discharge outcomes.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Initial evaluations and goal-setting for new admissions
- Therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, and functional mobility
- Transfer training and assistive device assessment
- Coordinating with nursing, OT, SLP, and care teams on shared resident goals
- Family education on home safety, carry-over exercises, and discharge prep
- Documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility standards
