Position Information Classification Title Massage Therapist II FLSA Non-Exempt FTE .4 Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience

• UHC Minimum:
  Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship.
  2-year degree, or professional certificate. Prefer a graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
  Combination of education and experience in working with massage therapy clients/patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction.
  AHA Health Care Provider BLS.
• UHC Preferred:
  One-year experience.
  NCTMB qualification preferred.
  AMTA membership preferred.
