Behavior Technicians (BTs) & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Phoenix Developmental Services, LLC is expanding, and we're seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing team on the South Shore region of Massachusetts.
As a BCBA-owned practice, we provide high-quality, 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, and related developmental disabilities. We're committed to clinical excellence, meaningful outcomes for families, and supporting the professional growth of our team members.

Current RBTs seeking a supportive clinical environment
Individuals interested in starting a career in ABA
BCBA and BCaBA candidates seeking supervised fieldwork hours and mentorship
