Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent OR Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, education, criminal justice, or similar human service field
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance

We are hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for an end of September or October start date
. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about supporting children with mental health and behavioral health needs across home, school, and community settings
.

As a BHT, you will play an important role in helping children and families make positive changes through direct support and treatment plan implementation.

Pay
  • $20/billable hour
  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.50/mile

What You’ll Do
  • Work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Help children develop and apply important new skills
  • Assist with individualized treatment plans across environments
  • Work independently while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs
  • Support early intervention efforts to help prevent more restrictive services
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other support systems
