Job Title:

Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA / STNA / DSP. High-Demand Market:
Ashtabula County and surrounding areas. Travel radius requirements: up to 30 minutes from your home is required; 45- to 60-minute radius is highly desired.

• Complete onboarding upfront and become fully case-ready.
• Start new case assignments within 24-48 hours once matched.
• Transition from part-time to full-time hours per your schedule, starting PT and building to your desired hours.
• Receive cases aligned to your location, travel radius, experience, and availability.
• Gain priority access to new cases in your service area based on preferences.

Minimum Requirements (Must Meet All)

• CHHA, CNA, STNA or DSP certification (state-specific) or a minimum of 2 years paid home health experience in lieu of certification.
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain via third party prior to hire date.

• Ability to start care within 24-48 hours once matched.
• Complete onboarding requirements within 5-10 days, including HR, State & Federal paperwork, competency evaluation, skills tests, policy and EMR/EHR training, and background/reference checks.
• Consistent availability aligned to your chosen schedule type (PT/FT/Hybrid).
• Reliable transportation within your stated travel radius.
• Ability to perform physical duties of home care (lifting up to 30-50 lbs occasionally) and light housekeeping as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Strong attendance history and dependable employment record.
• Clear communication, accurate documentation, and ability to follow a Plan of Care.
• Desire for long-term employment and stable client-care mindset (2+ years preferred).
• Compassionate, respectful, accountable, detail-oriented.
• Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care with attention to detail.

• 3-5 years of paid experience in home health / agency.
• EMR/EHR experience (Continu Link is a plus).
• Willingness to pick up additional hours and provide coverage for co-workers.

• Hourly pay ranges by role: STNA $17–$20, DSP $16–$20, CNA/CHHA/HHA $15–$19.50 per hour. Pay varies by region, travel, qualifications, experience, and performance.
• Weekly pay with direct deposit.
